Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming telephone calls and web leads. Sell cleaning services by phone to potential customers.Scheduling customers and communicating with crews. Help to maintain Social Media postings on Facebook, Instagram and other outlets. You will need to have a basic understanding of Maid Right’s cleaning system, which you will get training on.

Requirements

Phone, computer and communication and organizational skills
Sales and customer service experience
Able to work regular office hours
Eligible to be employed in the U.S.
Attendance and participation in all staff meetings

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
