Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered is full time. Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in. and calling out clients and prospects

Responsibilities
- Call clients and people who has requested quotes or customer service
- Call systems alerts to get clients on complaince
- Assist team mates with follow up calls
- Work with team leader to increase productivity to the sales team
- After you are fully trained we will requiere you to train the new members that are going to do the same tasks as you
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
