Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative:
Do you enjoy helping people and staying organized even on busy days? Our insurance agency is looking for a dependable, detailminded individual who can keep up with a fastmoving workflow while providing outstanding customer care.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
What Youll Do
Be the first point of contact for clients
Handle policy changes, billing questions, and service requests
Keep accurate records and follow up on customer needs
Work closely with Sales Producers to support daily operations
RequirementsMust have reliable transportation.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Must have basic computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft.
Must have Property & Casualty Insurance license or be willing to obtain one within 60 days of employment.
