Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about services and products.
  • Schedule appointments and manage customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process payments and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and communication.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Promote special offers and services to enhance customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Positive demeanor and a passion for helping others.
