Location: Bellingham, WA

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 am- 5 pm

Starting Wage Range: $19.13 per hour | Full Wage Range: $19.13 - $22 per hour

Essential Duties:

  • Ability to operate phone system to answer calls from offsite customers.
  • Support customers over the phone and email.
  • Successfully operate all technology provided in accordance with training.
  • Respond promptly to customers with phone calls and emails.
  • Ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
  • Maintain a collaborative and professional relationship with other staff.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while providing a high level of quality customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while multi-tasking.
  • Experience with MS Office (bonus if you have a graphic design or printing background!).
