Customer Service Representative

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as the first point of contact for members by phone and email, managing the flow of identity theft victim inquiries.
• Handle billing questions, account updates, and changes to payment and coverage information.
• Answer member questions and concerns with clarity and care.
• Enter and manage data across multiple computer applications.
• Support broader Customer Care projects and administrative tasks as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential member information with discretion.
• Availability to work varied shifts and occasional overtime during periods of company need.
