Customer Service Representative - CSR

Full Job Description

Position: Help our customers and team members in any way needed, with a welcoming and friendly attitude.This position fills many roles and requires a friendly and organized individual who does not mind pitching in wherever the need occurs.What does a CSR with Paul Davis do?

Stays in constant contact with customers, industry partners, and team members
Field calls/emails from customers, partners, and team members
Intake, dispatch and follow-up of jobs/claims
Collects required documentation for all jobs/claims
Problem solves and helps people find solutions
Performs office administrative operations
Other tasks and projects as assigned

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
