Job Description
Personnel Resources is seeking Seasonal CSRs in Eufaula, AL to provide technical support for a leading company.This position starts at $14.00 per hour and shifts range from 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9:30 am-6:30 pm rotating every 8 weeks. Some Saturdays will be required as needed.Job Duties & Requirements Include:
- Working with customers to troubleshoot equipment and provide technical support
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Prior call center experience is preferred
- Ability to multi-task is required
