Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
  • Assist with membership inquiries and facilitate sign-ups.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming gym environment.
  • Handle member concerns and feedback with professionalism.
  • Promote fitness programs and special offers to members.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Help create a positive and motivating atmosphere for all members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or fitness environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym management software.
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others succeed.
