Our Growing E-commerce company seeks full-time associates to join our growing team.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CSR/Entry Level Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer emails, filing claims with carriers and e-commerce platforms and entering the accurate information from source documents provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in administration or data management.Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer emails in a timely manner.
- File claims with major mail carriers and online e-commerce platforms.
- Input text and numerical data into company systems quickly and accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Experience with ERP Systems Any (preferred but not required).
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
