we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, loves to engage with people over the phone, and is eager to learn and grow. If
youre someone who enjoys problem-solving and making customers smile, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and adhere to call scripts to sound professional and authentic.
Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries,
booking calls, and assisting with customer concerns.
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments.
Handle high-volume calls while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Use customer service software to record and maintain accurate records of customer
interactions and service requests.
Maintain communication with your manager and dispatch.
Collaborate with other team members to improve service processes and customer
experiences.
Be comfortable with technology, as you will be using phone systems, CRM, and other
software tools daily.
Stay up-to-date on the companys service offers to provide accurate information and
suggestions to customers.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus, but not necessary.
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
Comfortable making outbound calls to follow up with customers.
