Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, offering a warm and welcoming experience.
Address client inquiries and concerns with empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
Assist clients in managing their insurance policies, including making updates and processing information.
Help clients understand their coverage and available options.
Collaborate with our sales and support teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
Maintain accurate and organized client records.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
Comfortable using computer systems for client management.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfortabliliy making outbound calls
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
