Reid & Associates, LLC - American Family Insurance is excited to invite you to become an integral part of our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Osage Beach, Missouri location. The office is open Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM.
Duties: Answering the Phone, Making Payments, Filing Insurance Claims, Answering questions on customers accounts. Emailing Insurance Cards and Proof of Insurance to Customers and Lenders. Informing Customers of Discounts and Additional Products so they get the most value for their money.
Upon Hire we will work with the candidate to earn their insurance license so that they can quote customers insurance policies. We pay for the study course, the test, and the license. Once licensed the candidate will be able to do customer service and make outbound calls to current customers and to interested prospects who have requested a quote. The candidate will also be able to generate the quote and send it to the customer and upon review, obtain payment, customer signature, and bind the insurance policy.
No Nights or Weekends & the Position is 40 Hours/Week, with paid holidays off, and 2 weeks of paid time off/year.
Salary Range: $19.25 - $21.65 per hour

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance with their insurance needs.
Policy Management: Update and manage client policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Communication: Facilitate clear and professional communication between clients and the insurance team.
System Navigation: Efficiently utilize company software to access and update client information.
Support Team Goals: Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction and service quality.
RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve problems efficiently and calmly.
Customer Focused: A genuine desire to help people and consistently go above and beyond to meet customer needs and expectations.
Technology: Proficiency in using computers.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work on-site in our Osage Beach, MO location.
Adaptability: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
