Title: Customer Service Representative
• Location: Madison, CT • Job Type: Temp to hire or Direct Placement • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30/5:00 PM • Compensation: Up to $75,000 annually, based on experience
Position Overview
Revere Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a direct-hire opportunity with an established printing and converting operation in Madison, CT.
Printing industry experience is required for this position.
The Customer Service Representative will serve as an important connection between customers, sales, and production. This role is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring order accuracy, and helping coordinate information throughout the production and shipping process.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into the open job system.
- Assist with preparing sales order entry forms.
- Prepare and maintain customer release and shipping documentation.
- Track customer inventories.
- Send confirmation letters for estimates and orders.
- Track orders throughout the entire process, from artwork through production and shipment.
- Respond to customer questions and provide timely order updates.
- Communicate with sales, production, and customers to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Prepare reports related to customer purchases.
- Identify and assist in resolving potential customer or production issues.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Perform additional reporting and administrative responsibilities as requested by management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Printing industry experience is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to remain professional and effectively handle customer concerns.
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and production personnel.
- Associate degree preferred but not required.
