Ruby Casas Farmers Insurance in Edinburg, Texas is seeking a dependable, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Full-Time Service Representative (Account Manager).

In this role, youll be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their policies are up to date, their questions are answered, and their overall experience with our agency is exceptional. Responsibilities

Manage inbound customer calls to assist with policy inquiries, updates, and service-related questions.Process customer policy change requests.
Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to provide accurate and efficient service.
Stay informed on product offerings and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
Conduct high volume outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
A Texas Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Previous experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
Computer effiecient and comfortable with CRM tools
