Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Yorktown, VA office. This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with clients, and building a foundation in the insurance and financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and general account support

  • Provide accurate information regarding life insurance products and services

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

  • Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain professional and empathetic with customers

  • Basic computer and data entry skills
