Job Description

About us:Sam’s Furniture is Northwest Arkansas' largest furniture destination. More than furniture, the company is also very active in the community as well as around the world. Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures- Creating & filing paperwork (invoices, financial slips, etc.)- Checking out customers whether the payment is cash, check, credit-card, or financing- Reconciling your drawer at the end of shift- Must be willing to work weekends and most holidays

Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities- Accuracy & detail-orientation- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications- Reliable transportation to & from work- Must be willing to work assigned schedule- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours- Driver's License (Required)- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
