ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with the Saul Lopez State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Make customers aware and offer company products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
