Customer Service Representative $720 WEEKLYJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key Requirements:
- Enter and process customer orders
- Check orders for accuracy (pricing, shipping, dates, and details)
- Keep customer records updated and organized
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues
- Handle returns, including shipping and credits
- Share order updates with teams and locations
- Provide pricing and availability for special orders
- Work with production, logistics, and sales to meet customer needs
- Suggest improvements to improve service and processes
