Key Responsibilities:
Orders and Customer Service:
- Handling customer orders by phone and in person
- Dispatch delivery orders to drivers
- Maintaining daily and monthly inventory totals
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Provide information about products
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and recording transactions.
