Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday from 7:15 am to 5:15 pmAs our full-time Customer Service Representative

Dispatcher, you will assist customers over the phone, schedule plumbing services, and efficiently dispatch technicians to jobs. You'll need a polite and friendly attitude as you speak with customers, gather their information, answer any questions, and address any concerns. At the beginning of the day, you'll review the job schedule and strategically dispatch technicians to optimize productivity and success. Dispatcher, here's what you'll need:Experience in a trade or service-based industry (NOT food service/restaurant)ServiceTitan proficiency
