What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats
- Schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service appointments
- Create and update customer records
- Work with dispatch and technicians to keep schedules running smoothly
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Keep accurate notes and documentation in our CRM
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Dependable and reliable
- Comfortable learning new technology
Bonus Points
- ServiceTitan experience
- Call center or dispatch experience
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience
