Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, answering their questions and addressing their needs with a smile.

Provide clear, accurate information about our services and assist with general inquiries.

Help clients navigate any issues they may encounter, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution.

Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions, representing Silas T Garcia Agency & Associates LLC.

Update client information and log interactions accurately in our system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A genuinely positive and helpful attitude.

Comfortable using basic computer software and phone systems.
