Job Description

At S&T, we’re working to change the way Western Kansas approaches technology. And we’re all in it together! We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and are searching for an eager representative to join our team. As one of the most important customer interactions in the company, this fast-paced position responds promptly to inquiries and resolves customer problems in a thorough and effective manner. We are looking for a high-energy individual who is conversational, articulate, and engaging with a positive attitude.

Tasks:

  • Processing customer orders, applications, and payments
  • Selling and promoting all S&T services
  • Coordinating with technicians while maintaining open lines of communication
  • General office duties

    Desired Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

    • High school diploma
    • One year of customer service
    • 2 to 3 years of computer experience
    • A valid Kansas driver's license with a good driving record
    • Hard-working, self-motivated, friendly/positive personality
    • Enjoys working with customers and coworkers
    • Honest and dependable
    • Bilingual, highly preferred
