Customer Service Representative
Start Club is a growing marketing and customer engagement firm that works with well-known brands to create meaningful connections with their customers. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as a positive, professional representative for our clients and their customers.
What You’ll Do
- Represent our clients in a professional and personable manner
- Interact directly with customers in a variety of settings
- Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions
- Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
- Build genuine relationships with customers and identify their needs
- Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
- Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development programs
- Track customer interactions and provide feedback to management
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals

- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or communications experience is a plus, but not required
