Responsibilities

Responsibilities

~Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.

~Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.

~Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

~Collaborate with sales teams to support outside sales efforts and market initiatives.

~Negotiate terms and conditions when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

~Provide information on benefits administration and assist customers in understanding their options.

~Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

~Utilize multilingual capabilities to assist a diverse customer base effectively.

Requirements

~Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

~Familiarity with insurance sales or benefits administration is a plus.

~Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable.

~Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

~A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

~Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
