Job Description

Twin Lakes is seeking a customer-centric and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our organization. Customer Service Representatives serve as a primary point of contact for customers. The Customer Service Representative must be sales oriented, selling and promoting all products and services of the company while assisting new and existing customers. The position will require employees to rotate assignments between Customer Service offices, as necessary. The Customer Service Representative job requirements include, but are not limited to:

Providing professional, customer‑focused support to residential and business customers
Promoting broadband, voice, mobile, security, and video services to customers
Assisting customers with billing inquiries, new service requests, service plan changes, disconnects, and account upgrades
Receiving and processing customer payments
Maintaining customer records, service agreements, and required documentation
Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
Promoting Twin Lakes products and services when working at community events.

The successful candidate will possess an understanding and knowledge of customer service, while maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources. The candidate must be a team player within the organization, with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and driven by results.

Position will rotate duties between the Byrdstown and Jamestown Customer Service Offices.

Requirements

Successful candidates for this position require a High School diploma or equivalent. Customer service or sales experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be required to complete training in customer support systems and sales.
