What You'll Do / Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at Urban Valet, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to incoming customers at our retail locations. You will wait on customers picking up their items, perform quality checks to ensure our established standards are met, assemble garments with the proper customer invoice, and package orders based on customer specifications and our packaging guidelines. Additionally, you will maintain efficient workflow processes, uphold all company quality standards, and support the organizational goals of Urban Valet.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wait on incoming customers picking items up from Urban Valet retail locations.
• Perform quality checks to ensure established quality standards are met.
• Assemble garments with the proper customer invoice.
• Package customer orders based on customer specifications and packaging guidelines established by Urban Valet management.
• Maintain efficient workflow processes.
• Uphold all Company quality standards.
• Perform additional duties at the direction of the Store Manager.
• Support the organizational goals of the Company.
• Cultivate a supportive work culture.

• Previous industry experience is preferred but not required.
