Salary Range: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Listen to client inquiries and address their insurance-related questions or concerns
- Process policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Provide information regarding coverage options and assist clients in selecting appropriate policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
