Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level) -

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and confidence
Respond to customer emails and account inquiries
Assist with membership updates, account changes, and service questions
Work within our systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with a team that supports and pushes each other to improve

Schedule & Pay

Full-time: 40 hours per week
Flexible schedule working 4 days per week (10-hour shifts) or 5 days per week (8 hour shifts) !
$17.00 hourly plus commission.
PTO, Insurance, and Paid Holidays.
