📍 Location: Anchorage, Alaska🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM (No late nights!)💵 Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour. 📅 Type: Full-Time | Office-Based

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping them with service questions, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met quickly and professionally.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with service requests, billing, or account changes

• Resolving customer concerns with clarity, care, and a positive attitude

• Using company systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Preparing service orders, change of address forms, and account adjustments

• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure excellent service

• Occasionally assisting at the front desk/reception area

• Promoting goodwill and offering additional services where appropriate

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!)

• Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and Email

• Fast, accurate typing & 10-key skills

• Great organization, multitasking, and communication abilities

• A calm and professional demeanor—even under pressure

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to work in-office (remote work may be requested during temporary protocols)
