Customer Service Representative
West Mechanical has been serving the greater Bellingham and surrounding area for over 40 years. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position Summary: A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
Pay: $21-25/hr Depending On Experience
Work Hours: Monday- Friday; 8:30am to 5 pm

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Aggressive self-starter
- Able to multi-task and answer a multi-line phone system
- Fast learner
- Advanced customer service skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail
- Well organized and ability to work independently
- Able to work flexible schedule that may include weekends
- Intermediate computer skills
- Problem solving skills
