Customer Service Representative Dispatcher

Mr. Appliance of West Central Ohio, Inc. is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative Dispatcher in the Scheduling Department. This job is located in Lima, Ohio, in a small call center. This franchise is independently owned and operated.This is a full-time and long term position, with 40 hours per week. The operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, with a one hour lunch. There is a 90 day probationary period in which time off is not allowed.This position includes a benefits package, which includes:-401k with matching, up to 3.5%-Full health insurance, dental, and vision-Paid holidays-Paid PTO days-Paid vacationHourly pay at $16.00/hr.The CSR Dispatching duties include but are not limited to:-Answering a multi-line phone in the scheduling department-Owning and saving the call using set techniques to better assist customers-Booking appointments for same day and future dated appointments-Processing the scheduler each day for the next day's jobs and setting the technicians schedules-Entering incoming work order dispatches and calling to schedule appointments from manufacturers and third party companies for mutual customers-Goes through and maintains the company's general email box-Assisting other departments as necessary-Keeps a neat and tidy work station and performs cleaning tasks as assigned-Miscellaneous tasks assigned by managementNecessary Qualities and Attributes-Coachable-Team Player-Organized-Motivated-Positive-Loyalty to the brand-Hardworking-Dedicated-Multitasking abilities-Adaptable-Quick Learner-Resilient-Willingness to take initiativeRequirements:-Minimum 3 years customer service experience required-Previous call center, scheduling, or dispatching experience is preferred but not required-Ability to report to work each day and on time-Ability to pass a background. check, drug screen, and nicotine test
