Job Description
Summary:
The Customer Service Representative II will interact with customers over the phone to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services relating to Frozen Beverage Dispensers. This position is also responsible for processing orders and assisting customers with inquiries regarding parts and orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls for part orders and customer/consumer inquires and enter equipment and part orders into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, IFS.
- Handle customer concerns by issuing Cases and RMAs into ERP.
- Process orders through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Respond to customer and consumer inquiries via email.
- Review daily reports.
- Update system data provided by various departments.
- Create Sales Quotes as requested by the Sales Department.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
