Title: Customer Service Representative IILocation: Atlanta, GA 30313Duration: 6 months potential for extensionOnsite- 4 days a weekPR: $18/Hr.For now, they are required to have their own laptop Interview- In person or virtual AOCAssist Customer service analyst in processing weekly orders. Reactively answer questions from customers on stock levels, expedite request and work with warehouse to ensure orders ship on time. Must be able to call the customer warehouse staff externally to collect inventory The type of orders are coffee-based orders.MUST Have:- Customer service exp (3-5 years)
