Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and top-notch customer service. You'll be supporting customer needs with your expert communication skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, quotes, and change notices for glass orders
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering calls and emails with speed and courtesy
  • Track orders and manage special product or order requests in partnership with operations and sales teams
  • Perform general office duties

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with glass fabrication processes (cutting, grinding, shaping)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • 2+ years in a customer service role (glass industry experience is a plus but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A team player mindset with a passion for success
