About the Role:

Join the dynamic team at Planet Fitness- PF Baseline Fitness as a Customer Service Representative for Nights and Weekends! This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping others achieve their fitness goals. Be the friendly face that welcomes our members and ensures they have an exceptional experience!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and guests with a positive attitude.
Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Process memberships and payments accurately using our software system.
Promote gym programs and services to enhance member engagement.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times.
Assist with member check-ins and manage guest passes.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or retail environment.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
Passion for fitness and a desire to help others succeed.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
Team player with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
