NH Ross is excited to welcome driven, upbeat, and ambitious team players to join our dynamic and expanding service company, proudly serving Long Island for over 55 years. We have openings for customer service representatives who thrive in collaborative team settings and excel in a small office environment. Candidates should be comfortable managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, possess strong computer skills, and have experience in clerical or office tasks. (Minimum 1 year of experience required). This is a Part-Time position with the opportunity for Full-Time.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies.
Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
