You will be our clients first point of contact for our busy office. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you will be the perfect fit for this role. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed. Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
Handle customer renewals.
RequirementsPossess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
