Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Provide accurate information about Ziegler Insurance Group's products and services.
Assist customers with policy-related questions and basic administrative tasks.
Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to meet customer needs.
Process customer requests and update account information accurately.
Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts and transition interested customers.

Requirements

Must have or be able obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License. Employer assistance available.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
