Join a fast-paced, growing insurance agency where your customer service skills make a real impact. ChicBlue Insurance Agency is hiring a Customer Service Representative with Property & Casualty experience to help support and retain our clients.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and service requests
Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service
Handle calls, follow-ups, and client support efficiently
Support retention by building strong customer relationships
Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage when appropriate

Requirements

Active Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
P&C insurance experience (required)
Allstate experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Self-motivated, coachable, and customer-focused
