Sales Support: Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide customers with additional information about new products and services that best suit their needs Referral Generation: Generate new business by asking each customer for referrals.. Requirements Licensing: Must possess a Property & Causality and/or Life & Health insurance license or willing to obtain a license, paid for by the agent Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is an asset.
