Customer Service Scheduler.
Clancy Brothers Pest Control – Quincy, MA.Full-Time | On-Site | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday-Friday | Occasional Saturday availability.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls.
- Schedule and route daily service appointments for technicians.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Provide administrative support to the office team.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 1–2+ years of in-office customer service experience.
- Strong scheduling, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Experience with routing/mapping (preferred).
- Solid phone communication skills.
- CRM experience (any system).
- Comfortable with computers and technology.
- Ability to handle high call volume.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to constant change.
