Express Calibration Services specializes in the calibration of precision measurement and test equipment of various types. We are currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Customer Service team member to be based at our Kansas City, Lee's Summit, MO facility.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The CSR is often the first point of contact for customers and serves as a liaison between the customer and the company and is essential for maintaining positive customer relationships and contributing to a company's reputation. They play a crucial role in ensuring customer loyalty and driving business success through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

§ Assist customers with service quotes, repair estimates, job status, parts, and shipments.

§ Process received/completed service work.

§ Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.

§ Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

§ Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

§ Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.

§ Document customer orders, interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the company's database or CRM system.

§ Determine appropriate solutions and take necessary actions to resolve issues.

§ Collaborate with other departments or teams to address complex customer problems.
