Job Purpose

The Order Tracking Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and a process that is Simple, Easy, and Fast. This role builds trusted customer relationships by providing expert guidance, proactive communication, and WOW-level service through ICE. This role requires working onsite at the St.Paul, MN office

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer orders from initial placement through final delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding products, timelines, order status, and expectations.
Drive orders through the approval and production process efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.
Perform detailed quality reviews on high-value orders ($750+) to ensure accuracy and excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and deliver exceptional customer service.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while upholding Crystal D's ICE standards and commitment to service excellence.
Respond to customer calls promptly and accurately, documenting all interactions thoroughly.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or a related role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to finding solutions.
Professional, energetic, and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
