We are growing fast and looking for top-tier industry professionals to grow with us. Job Title: Customer Service Specialist/ Sales Team Location: 2274 E. Muscat Ave, Fresno CA 93725Classification: Full-Time/Non-ExemptReports to: Sales ManagerOur compensation and benefits show how much we value our team.
- $17.00 per hour DOE

- Provide required and requested information to customers as they enter the store.
- Offer friendly and enthusiastic answers to customer questions.
- Ask questions of customers to identify needs and work with them to provide options.
- Work as a team towards housekeeping, janitorial, and other duties as assigned by the task list. This can include cleaning tires, carrying batteries, mopping floors, etc.
- Identify when customer interaction requires assistance from management.
- Follow loss prevention, risk control, quality assurance, and proper cash handling procedures
- Promote the company’s Safety Culture.
- Be a team player. Work as a member of the team to help the team achieve its goals.
- Maintain a high level of integrity.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned or otherwise identified.
- Must have good people skills with an outgoing, friendly, positive attitude.
- Must have some automotive parts knowledge and how they relate to our customer purchases.
- Ability to use POS system
- Able to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to get a little dirty sometimes.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Regular attendance and timely arrivals
