As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and a front line representative of Mr. Appliance of Clifton Park. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer concerns and working together to maintain the 5 Star reputation we are proud to have earned with the customers and in our community.

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Schedule calls and communicate scheduling logistics with customers and service technicians.
Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer concerns
Receive parts purchased from appliance parts suppliers
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in other areas

Job Requirements:

Two years customer service experience
2 years administrative experience (preferred)
Good computer skills with aptitude to learn new software programs with proper training.
Excellent typing/keyboard skills (required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong customer focus
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Positive Attitude
Team player who can work independently

This position is a full-time position. 40 hours a week between the hours of 8am- 5pm, Mon- Fri. Ex: 8am- 4:30pm, 8:30am- 5pm

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
