- * 3–5+ years of customer service experience (B2B preferred)
- * 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience
- * Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to take initiative
- * Comfortable in a small team where everyone wears multiple hats
- * Organized, collaborative, and able to manage competing priorities
