You’ll be working with union members who have requested information, helping them understand available benefits and guiding them through their options in a clear and supportive way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connecting with members by phone or virtual appointment

  • Conducting scheduled benefit reviews and consultations

  • Explaining program details in a simple, easy-to-understand manner

  • Accurately completing digital documentation

  • Providing follow-up support to maintain ongoing relationships
