FASTSIGNS Baltimore is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team. As Customer Service and Administrative Support (including Sales Support), you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our company. Responsibilities:- Be part of Front of House/Sales Team and assist with customers via phone calls, emails or walk-ins.- Write up estimates, orders and engage with client communication- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.- Assist in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.- Build relationships with employees to further support them over time.Requirements:- Proven experience as a CSR and/or administrative assistant or in a similar role.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.- Background or knowledge in our industry not required but preferredJoin our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.
